A Queen Ann Victorian triplex and this unit is located on the 2nd level with 1500 sq ft of living space. Large living room with stain glass windows, sofa, loveseat, flat screen TV, formal dining room with 2 buffets for serving, antique dining set and French doors to the living room. A spacious kitchen, bath with claw foot tub and original tile floors, 2 bedrooms and a den off the livingroom that serves as a 3rd bedroom and features a decorative fireplace.

This beautiful 2nd floor unit has a grand entrance that features a wall of stain glass windows. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, dishware, drinkware, flatware & linens. Garbage bags, dish soap & paper towels also provided. Gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and small kitchen appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, microwave.
All three bedrooms feature queen size beds with bedding, dresser, closet & night stand and lamps.
