Sunny garden apartment in a harbourside complex on cremorne point. Private and quiet space with security grills windows / doors. The lovely Cremorne Point reserve and walking path is on the doorstep, with just a 10 min walk to the ferry (or connecting bus out the front door) taking you directly to Sydney’s Circular Quay Wharf in the city/cbd. 10 min walk to Spofforth Street shops / cafes.

STANDARD OF ACCOMMODATION

I pride myself on providing clean, comfortable accommodation, that represents excellent value for money. I present the garden apartment as the type of space I look for when we are travelling nationally or internationally ourselves, and personally love the garden and 30 meter access to the harbourside reserve (fantastic for picnics and there is also a lovely harbourside pool). If I can find places to stay that are excellent value for money then it means I can spend longer travelling for the same budget amount! :)

If you are comfortable with comfortable in a place that the host otherwise lives in, and do not expect an apartment styled ready to be published in a trendy home magazine, then you will feel very much at home.

But if you are expecting a 5 star hotel standard of accommodation then you will probably be more comfortable staying at a much more expensive Airbnb site, or a 5 star hotel on the other side of the harbour at $400-$500 per night.

Cremorne Point is a Harbourside suburb on the lower North Shore of Sydney. It sits between Neutral Bay and Mosman. The Cremorne Point reserve walk is an easy 3km foreshore circuit trail with beautiful views across Mosman Bay, Sydney Harbour and the city skyline / Harbour Bridge. There are excellent examples of 1900s Federation architecture throughout the suburb. Cremorne Point reserve is an excellent place for a picnic / evening drinks while taking in harbour views. There is also a harbourside pool. Cremorne point is well served by bus / ferry modes of transport. The main shopping areas of Neutral Bay Junction and Cremorne Junction are close by. There is a host of cafes and smaller shops at the local Spofforth Street shops.
