Due to COVID-19, all amenities have limited access and time restrictions. The amenity regulations are changing by the day due to the pandemic so we are letting all guests know that you will receive the condo that you are requesting but the amenities may not be available during your stay. We are sorry about this inconvenience.

Guests checking in must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID with a credit card for a refundable $100 security deposit. You will then receive your keys from the front desk.

Air conditioning is not available in units.

Resort Parking
Parking is limited at WorldMark Pinetop and the resort is able to accommodate the Storage of boats, trailers or RVs during your stay. RV or boat parking is available at the end of the resort by Building 14 behind the upper hot tub.

Pool & Hot Tub Information
Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for specific information.
