In a 400 m² house, located in a little village, 5 min away for Luxembourg's border, discover the bedroom "Coldbackie", 17 m² in ground floor, with shared bathroom at same floor. We are in the countryside with its advantages and disadvantages , depending on the point of view on that matter ! Side benefits : peace and quiet and beautiful walks nearby. On the downside : no on-site shops or restaurants ... so you have to take precautions and have a car (you are warned, in order to avoid " bad remarks " on location during your evaluation). Nevertheless, we are close to a big city (Thionville), and not far from Luxembourg and especially the city of Esch s/Alzette.

J'ai été maire de Rochonvillers de mars 2008 à juillet 2015. Après ma démission de la Mairie, nous avons déménagé à 150 km de là. Pour des raisons professionnelles, j'ai gardé cette maison (j'y loge également la semaine) et je l'ai ouverte à d'autres sous le principe de la co-location, sous le nom de Roch'Kot. I was born in July 1969 and I am accountant. I'm married to Nadine and we have a girl named Merlyn. I am passionate about history and geography, politics, reading and rugby. I'm also a geek and Apple maniac. I am bilingual French - English. I was mayor of Rochonvillers from March 2008 to July 2015. After my resignation as mayor, we moved 150 km away. For professional reasons, I kept this house (I also stay there the week) and I opened it to others under the principle of co-location, on the name of Roch'Kot.
