The cottage sleeps 4 guests and has:

* 🛏️ A downstairs twin bedroom
* 🍳 Open-plan kitchen and living area with TV and breakfast bar
* 🛁 Bathroom with bath and overhead shower
* 🌿 Patio doors opening onto your own garden with lovely views across the farm
* 🪑 Private garden with picnic table
* 🌳 Large shared grassed area for children to play and plenty of space for bikes and scooters
We provide outdoor children’s toys including pedal tractors and scooters, plus an all-weather chalkboard.

There’s lots of space for children to enjoy the outdoors, and we have a selection of indoor and outdoor toys available.
A travel cot can be hired, and highchairs are available on request. Please give us 48 hours’ notice if you need children’s equipment.
Dogs
Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Please add them to your booking.
We ask that dogs stay downstairs and cannot be left unattended. Please note that the fenced garden is not secure enough to contain dogs.

Free Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen and hairdryers are provided, along with a few essentials to get you started, including tea, coffee, washing-up liquid and washing powder.
Heating is provided by our biomass boiler.
