Newly renovated Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast and coffee and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

The cottage has been a bed and breakfast for the last 25 years! We are life long residents of New Iberia (Cajuns) and we recently bought this property and we are still in amazement at how beautiful it is. We always dreamed of bayou property and this place is too good to be true, we love it! I am an art teacher/artist, I have a studio on the property. My husband is a farmer and fishermen. Art lessons and fishing sessions are available. Inquire for rates and details.
