Located 400 yds from Cornwall Airport Newquay, on the edge of the picturesque 16th century village of St Mawgan and 2 miles from Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay beaches, The Annexe to Wellington House is a self contained, single storey building. The accommodation comprises a sitting / dining room, bedroom which sleeps 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in a king size bed and bunk beds. An ensuite bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen. Parking.

There is a pub and restaurant 200 yds along the lane. The airport terminal is approximately 400 yds away. The village of St Mawgan includes a picturesque church and convent, a traditional village shop and tea room and a village pub and garden. There is also s Japanese Garden. A footpath through woods and countryside provides a delightful walk down to Mawgan Porth beach. A number of beaches are a short drive from Wellington House. Newquay itself is 4 miles away, accessible by bus or taxi, while Padstow is 6 miles in the other direction along the bus route.
