First this is a private apt , not shared with anyone ! A beautiful little cozy spot with a kitchen with all the ammedities . Skylights make this place a bright cheerful place no matter what the season . Washer and dryer with a large walk in closet .A train goes through about a mile away a few times a day , you can hear it from a distance , I myself don't even notice it but I wanted to note it .This is a non smoking , no pet unless approved before booking with me! 1mo bookings are nonrefundable

Guests are able to use the beautiful deck , they are able to do laundry on site , private driveway parking . Anything special can be added ! Full cable and movie channels are also here for your enjoyment .This place is a separate house with a private entrance . So cozy You will feel right at home ! It is not part of another house . I am next door to answer questions and help make your stay more enjoyable if you need anything or if not you won’t even see me ! Once again this is not connected to any other space and it’s just yours ! Completely private , ! I always get asked this lol
