Modern first floor flat with double bedroom with a private garden in a quiet location just 10 mins walk to Cirencester town centre with its many pubs , restaurants, shops and parks . It is a 10 minute drive to the Cotswold Water Park .The flat offers open plan living with a well equipped kitchen , dining and lounge area . The frameless windows can be opened to make a light and airy space in which to relax in the warmer months , and the bathroom is newly decorated, and has a bath and shower.

The living space is open plan with two sofas , this leads into the kitchen which has a dining table and chairs. The gas cooker is a range 'style' and the kitchen is well equipped with dish washer , washing machine and tumble dryer .The bathroom has a bath with shower over it , and the bedroom has a comfy double bed . The flat is first floor and so has stairs up to the open plan. The garden is private and has a table with two chairs. There is an allocated parking space for the flat, which is located right outside the flat .

The flat is in an area called the Beaches. There is a small convenience shop five minutes walk away and in the other direction . You can walk through the estate and over a footbridge to Tesco which would take 10 minutes to walk . It would take 5 minutes to drive to it . Next to Tesco is Aldi. The town centre is 15 minutes walk . In the day time , you can walk through the Abbey Grounds which is lovely . This bringing you out at the back of the church which is the town centre . The town is quite small and has the oldest church in the UK . The marketplace has recently been pedestrianised and has some interesting shops. Black Jack Street has some unique boutique shops which are worth a look . The town has plenty of places to eat out and in the Summer months has an open air swimming pool , which was built in 1869 . This is in the town centre and is located on the edge of Cirencester Park. The park is stunning and offers fantastic opportunities for long, secluded walks. If you are an athlete, there is now a park run in Cirencester that takes place every Saturday morning in the park.

My hobbies are adventure travel , paddle boarding , running , walking , cycling and anything that will provide a massive adrenaline rush . I love being outside, the fresh air and it's a bonus if the sun is shining . I love wildlife , wine , food ! I am single , have a fantastic family and friends .

My preference is to help as much as I can with local information in advance of your stay , but equally leave you to your privacy when you are staying at the property. I was born and bred in the area and so my knowledge is excellent . I am very happy to give advice and assist with guidance where I can . Unless you ask me to be in touch once I have done that I will leave you in peace ! When I am renting the flat out, it is because I likely to be away myself during your stay , hence there is a lock box to access the property with the key yourself . I like people to make themselves at home . I have every confidence that anyone staying at the flat will respect my belongings and enjoy their stay as many before them have. Please read my excellent reviews , you will see a gap in stays over the Winter months as I tend to stay in the property myself over the cooler months and also use that time to update the property and carry out general maintenance.
