This is a 3 floors house in the most central area of Chalkidiki. Although it is 3 minutes from all the buzz of Kalithea with a huge variety of shops, restaurants and bars my house is placed in a quiet street that is mostly residential. So you can enjoy nice and smoothly holidays having all the things you might need just 100 meters away. The sea is in walking distance and driving 15-20 minutes you will find dozens of beaches, organized or not.

At the bottom floor there is another room with two single beds and a small bathroom. The little balcony upstairs is a great spot to enjoy your coffee looking towards the sea. My house can be a perfect fit for groups of 6 people and even more that wants to have a comfortable place to sleep and enjoy lively vacations. The house also offers a dishwasher and a washing machine for those you want to have an extensive summer vacation time at Chalkidiki.
