The Kotkapoja Apartment is situated in a distinguished part of the town of Kuressaare, in the western outskirts. It is a quiet and comfortable place, where a nature reserve with hiking trails, well-lit bicycle courses, and long jogging tracks begins right behind the window. Within a hundred meters are the broad golf courses. Behind the house, right through a marsh, goes a wooden pathway to the tower on the shore of a lake famous for its abundance of different bird species.

At your disposal is a two-room stylish apartment with an area of 55 square meters on the first floor. There is enough room to accommodate a family of four in a quiet and private place.
In the bedroom there is a large bed for two, a cupboard, a night stand, a walk-in closet, and an ironing board with an iron.
Then there is the large living room with a folding bed for two, an LCD TV with cable, and an open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an electric stove, a refrigerator, a boiler, a coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and other necessary kitchenware.
On the large glass shielded balcony the are two rocking chairs and a small table, perfect for an evening coffee with a forest view.

Large supermarkets and shopping centres are located at the Northern entrance of the city, on the way to the ferry terminal in Kuivastu.
