This is a quaint cottage on a restful lake. The cottage is newly renovated in a industrial/modern style. Extensive windows provide fantastic views. Open concept allows for easy/relaxing entertaining. There is a private boat launch with small creek that runs through the property. Canoes, kayaks, sailboard and paddle boat come with the rental. Pets are welcome.

Priestor
The cottage is located in a quiet bay of the lake. The view from the deck provides for natural views. The lake is quiet with marginal boat traffic. Fishing includes; bass, pike, perch and pickeral.

Prístup pre hostí
The entire cottage and the surrounding property. The boat launch is on the property and available for use. Access to the cottage is on a municipality maintained road. It is located only a few minutes off the main highway.

There is a new trail that runs next to highway 38 that connects to the snowmobile trail system. The cottage can be accessed by snowmobile on the trail system and by side by side or ATV in the summer months.
