- Please keep the unit clean and tidy throughout your stay.
- If the trash bin is full, kindly bring the trash to the 3rd floor or Basement 1 disposal area.
- Please clean up immediately after eating or using the kitchen.
PEST PREVENTION RULES:
Dispose of food waste properly — do not leave leftovers exposed.
Keep the unit clean — wipe spills immediately and wash dishes after use.
Seal trash bags tightly and place them in designated bins.
Pets must wear diapers and their waste must be cleaned right away.
Avoid leaving sweet or oily food uncovered to prevent cockroaches, flies, and ants.
Following this rule helps avoid pests such as cockroaches, flies, and ants from coming inside the unit.
2. No Smoking
- Strictly no smoking inside the unit, including the balconies.

- **Check that you have all your belongings.
- Return the key as instructed by the host.
Additional:
The unit is 19PQ. I will provide the key box code once you arrive at the lobby. Kindly note that a ₱1,500 security deposit is required, to be sent via GCash (will send once details once at the lobby). This deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided the unit is in good condition and there are no damages or guest accountabilities. You may also settle the deposit upon arrival at the lobby.
Extra towels are available for an additional ₱50 each.
There are also some food items in the cabinet and drinks in the refrigerator available for purchase. If you take anything, kindly list it down in the notebook provided.
Extra mattresses are available in the living room cabinet, underneath the aircon side. The folding beds are on the side and under the bunk bed.
There's a heater in the CR under the sink. Please turn it on only when in use and turn it off afterward.
