Smoking inside the house is absolutely forbidden. Any evidence found of smoking inside will result in a $500 security deposit fine. Please restrict all smoking to outside and please dispose of all trash properly.
You will be provided with a front door code prior to check-in. The code is changed with each reservation. While we have never had a theft issue, please ensure that all doors are locked prior to leaving the house at all times.
Our house should be treated like your own home. While we try to provide a hotel-like experience, this is not a hotel that can be trashed. If furniture, upholstery, floors, paint, anything is damaged or missing, you will be charged out of your security deposit.
PLEASE be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such: loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups is ABSOLUTELY prohibited. Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise and parties, and will call us at a moment's notice - we will contact you on the 1st complaint, and on the 2nd complaint we will have authorities to evict you and your rent moneys will be forfeited.
