Sleeping arrangements (for 5 people): 1 queen bed, a daybed with a trundle (both with a foam twin size mattress), and 1 twin air mattresses. Air mattresses are better suited for kids, as some adults might find them less comfortable.

CLEANING
Our team of cleaners does their best to have the unit clean and sanitized for your arrival. If there’s any item that needs our attention, we will attempt to fix it right away. We can send a cleaner to the unit at no cost to you.
PEST CONTROL
Bugs and pests are a pain, especially here in Florida. Some bugs do not live inside the house but are quick to enter through an open door or cracked window. Please don’t worry, the pest control company that services our homes can be notified and will send someone to treat it.
MAINTENANCE
All parts of the house such as appliances, plumbing, and furniture will at one time or another need the attention of our maintenance team, but we are here to help. Garbage disposals can get stuck, toilets might get clogged, or something could stop working. Unfortunately, we can’t foresee these incidents, but we can fix them.

🧹 HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
🗑 TRASH DISPOSAL: Please bring all trash to the green dumpsters outside the building.
📫 ONLINE PURCHASES: You may have packages delivered, but not mail or anything that may be placed in the mailbox. We do not take responsibility for any issues you may encounter with this.

Same-day reservations made between 12 pm and 3 pm may have a delayed check-in of up to two hours due to the cleaners’ schedule. In those cases, check-in will likely be at 5 pm, and we will notify you if the apartment is ready earlier.

Building management has the pool professionally cleaned twice a week, but pollen and small particles may still be present between cleanings due to storms and strong winds common in South Florida.

The TV is a Smart TV that works only with streaming apps. Please use your account in one of the available apps on the TV.

We don't have parking at the property and there's no overnight parking nearby.
Air conditioner: Please, keep it *ON* all the time, with temperature at or below 78 F. Keep the windows and door tightly closed, as keeping them opened would cause condensation in the apartment (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down.
Please avoid making smoke when using the kitchenette/kitchen, as windows must remain closed to ensure proper AC function.
This is a self check in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on AirBnb through the house manual, the check in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your AirBnb host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction etc.

Florida warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extend of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding.
If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know a few days in advance so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low demand equipment.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and of other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
Please be advised that all furnishings and items within the property, as shown in our listing photos, are subject to change. They may differ or may not be present/available during your stay. This includes all furniture, decorations, and any other items. We do not assume responsibility for these variations, and no refunds or compensations will be issued in relation to them.
The guest is responsible for researching the area and events and determining whether it's appropriate for their stay. We are not responsible for anything off of our property and no refund will be issued for weather, issues with city owned beach or roads, or events and crowds that disrupt a guest's stay. Further, we have our home on a routine pest and insect maintenance schedule but that does not guarantee that guests will not encounter insects or other wildlife and any such encounter is not grounds for refund. We are a strict "no refund" vacation rental, this means if there is an issue with the home that makes the home uninhabitable, guests may check out and receive a refund for any unused nights but if the guest has an issue with the home but still chooses to remain in the home there will be no refund issued for any reason.
Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper. Help us keep the plumbing working well for everyone. Thank you so much for your understanding and care!
Please note that the pool and other amenities are subject to availability and may be closed at the discretion of the building management. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that these closures are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them. We are unable to offer compensation or resolution for any such closures.
Alcohol is permitted at the pool for personal, responsible consumption only. Glass containers are strictly prohibited. Parties, group gatherings, loud behavior, or any disturbance to residents are not allowed. Pool access may be restricted at management’s discretion if rules are not followed or for safety reasons. Please be respectful of residents and quiet hours.
Please note that our locks are electronic. Under no circumstances can we provide physical keys for any door, due to security reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Mail and package deliveries are not supported. We do not have access to the mailboxes, do not have the keys, and the postal service is not delivering mail to the apartment, so please do not have mail sent here. Package deliveries are allowed at your own risk only. The building has a high volume of people coming and going, which is part of what makes it lively and convenient, but it also means that packages are often left outside or in corridors and can be easily misplaced. We do not have storage space, cannot receive or hold items, and do not have staff to ship, forward, or retrieve packages before, during, or after your stay. If you choose to receive a package, you must coordinate directly with the store and delivery company, and we cannot assist or take responsibility if anything goes wrong. Thank you for understanding.
Important Notice: In order to maintain a safe and respectful environment, we explicitly prohibit any form of parties or illicit behavior within our apartment. This includes but is not limited to the use of illegal drugs, involvement in sex trafficking, or the accommodation of unaccompanied minors.
