1. Our apartment is located in a secure building with 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance, so you can feel safe and secure during your stay.
2. However, we still recommend that you take basic precautions such as locking the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
3. We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and dishwashing detergent. However, if you run out of these items during your stay, you will need to purchase additional supplies yourself.
4. Please be mindful of your electricity usage during your stay, as excessive usage can result in additional charges. We provide a generous electricity allowance, but if you exceed this limit, we will charge you for the additional usage at the prevailing rate.
