No onsite parking. Access to paid priority parking lot across the street on a first-come, first serve basis for a fee. This is a busy downtown area, and parking is limited. Overflow parking may be available in paid city lots once the priority lots are full. Parking rates vary by season but generally start at $15/day.
Non-smoking; there will be a $250 fine for smoking on the premises.
Daily housekeeping service is not included. We provide basic starter supplies and paper products which are not replenished during the stay.
