1. The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests and this MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy. The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home breaking this rule, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposits will be withheld.
2. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
3. Resort and community facilities associated with the home may be closed or restricted due to Covid-19 or any other reason without previous announcements and/or refunds.
This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise levels at a low and polite level at all times. HOA enforced quiet hours from 10pm - 9am. If you are asked to keep the noise down you must comply. 2 cars parking only available. If you have more than 2 cars ask us first about IF extra space is available.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All of our homes are self-catering it means you must provide your own supplies. We provide only an initial starter pack to help you on your first night. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries.
ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX deliver them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them.
