For a really cool unique experience! The pool house is a really cool bungalow. There is no bathroom so you have to come into the main house for the use of the full bath on the first floor. It's great for an outdoor, cabin in the woods, private sleeping experience. It has cable TV and AC and Heat and also a small refrigerator. Have dinner under The Acropolis band stand. Sorry but I’m not taking one day pool party requests with friends.

This is a custom built pool house with a full size mattress. Two can sleep comfortably. It's like you're in a cabin in the woods, except you're surrounded by a beautiful pool patio area and landscape.

Hi! I'm Steve. I'm a Hi-Tech professional living in this big house with 4 bedrooms. My friends always said what a great house I have and why I don't rent on Airbnb so here I am! I started being an AIRBNB host in 2016 and adjusted to the lifestyle and here I am 6 years later! I am a live-in host so I cohabitate with my guests. I keep a very clean and well maintained house inside and out. The back yard and pool are somethings to enjoy during the summer weather. I am a live-in host so it’s a controlled and safe environment and you will never experience any of the horror stories you may have read on the internet. Check out my reviews.

About me: I'm a QA Engineer by day and I'm also a mostly retired semi-pro musician. I play acoustic and electric guitars and have always enjoyed my musical outlet. I enjoy meeting new people, and making acquaintances, while enjoying music, foods and life in general. I have put a lot of work into making my home what it is. This is a beautiful home, not an extra room in an apartment or a basement room. You get a beautiful 2nd floor room with hard wood floors and a beautiful (shared) bathroom. Everything has been renovated. The kitchen is brand new and awesome! I also built an awesome pool house and patio area around the pool which is great in the summer. There is also the “Acropolis” band stand I added in 2017... It’s great for entertaining and nice spot to hang out after work or sightseeing for the day…Or eat your dinner outside. I'm easy going, a good communicator and always willing to help make your stay enjoyable. I just expect guests to be respectful and caring for the environment.... ask me about historical sites and tours in the area! The pool area and patio, fire pit, are all at your service when in season. So whether you are traveling for work or on holiday, starting a new job or looking for temporary place, I offer a comfortable, warm and clean home. Each room also has a computer desk and chair, although I’m not looking for work-from-home ever present guests. I prefer guests who go to the office for work. It's quiet and restful and I don't get into your business unless your opening the conversation.
I hope you choose to stay here when your exploring the Boston area or working in the highly concentrated technology and health and sciences industries in the area. No cats or dogs live here or are allowed (but I love them both).
