Considered as a Category B building due to its architectural prominence, you’ll access this basement floor flat via its own private entrance down a flight of stairs. In this holiday home , you’ll find a spacious living room, a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom fitted with as a shower cubicle and bathtub with a handheld shower head, a single bedroom, a kitchenette and a hallway shower room.

The vibrant living room offers a welcoming space to unwind, featuring two cosy two-seater sofas. Opposite the seating area, a wall-mounted Smart TV is positioned above a decorative fireplace, creating a stylish focal point. Additionally, a sofa bed is available for nighttime use. (Please note: if you plan to use the sofa bed, kindly inform me at least three days prior to your arrival so I can arrange the bedding.)

The inviting double master bedroom features a cheerful and soothing resting quarters. It is also complemented by an en-suite bathroom where you’ll enjoy a lush bathtub with handheld shower head and sleek private shower cubicle.

You’ll also find another single bedroom featuring a serene beach-side theme, perfect for a restful night’s slumber.

The modern and compact kitchenette comes with all the equipment needed for cooking up a delicious meal during a short holiday getaway.

**Please be aware that the sofa bed in the living room will not be unfolded upon your arrival, as it is arranged as a sofa during the day to optimise the living space. If one of the guests plan to use the sofa bed for sleeping, you will need to unfold it yourself and put the linen on it at bedtime or when you are ready to sleep. If you intend to use it as a sofa bed, please let me know at least 3 days in advance of your arrival day so that I can prepare the linen for you to put it on yourself to use it at night. The apartment can accommodate a maximise of 4 guests only.**

If you require any additional travel cots or high chairs, this would incur a £20 charge. Please also kindly note that no linen or mattress is provided for the travel cot, so you will need to bring your own linen and mattress for the cot if you need to use it.


On-street parking bays are metered from 8:30 am to 5:30pm on Monday to Friday. In another words, on-street parking bay nearby is free from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. the next day from Monday to Friday. On-street parking is free from 5:30 p.m. Friday to Monday 8:30 a.m. There are multi-storey car parks within short walking distance to the apartment for longer stays.

Important:

This lower ground floor apartment is part of a larger house and there is a connection through a door at the top of the internal staircase. There is no way for anyone to access the guest accommodation from above unless the guests themselves unlock the door.

- Strictly no smoking and no vaping in the property, at the outdoor area and outside steps.
- Strictly no vaping, candles or incense burners permitted in the property and at the outdoor patio area.
- No pets and no parties.
- The standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- The standard check out time is 10:30 a.m.
- If you plan to use the sofa bed, please request it at least 3 days in advance so that this can be sorted out for your arrival.
- Please kindly note that the building does not have a lift and the apartment is on the lower ground floor and it is accessed via a flight of stairs walk down from the pavement level. Therefore, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for anyone who cannot climb the stairs.
- I will send you access information at least one day prior to your arrival date.
