DINING ROOM | LIVING ROOM: Dining room with 3 seats next to the kitchen. The apartment is designed to offer a cozy & comfortable ambiance.
BEDROOMS: The bedroom has a high-quality American KING size mattress (200x200cm) and fresh hotel-style bedding. The bed includes 4 sleeping pillows. The bedroom has air conditioning, a closet to store clothes & blackout curtains to ensure darkness while you sleep for optimal rest. It includes a safe to store your valuables. The bedroom has direct access to its private bathroom. The bedroom features a 43” Smart TV that can be connected with all platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Alexa & other video and music platforms.
BATHROOMS: One bathroom with unlimited hot water & a private water heater. Equipped with body towels, hand towels & shower mats, hair dryer, half-length mirror & amenities such as hand soap & shower gel.
LAUNDRY: Next to the kitchen there is a dedicated laundry area with a washer, utility sink & clothes drying rack available for free use.
PARKING: Our new and luxurious building offers extensive parking options in an exclusive and safe environment. We have indoor parking for motorcycles and for guests staying several weeks (subject to availability), as well as outdoor parking on the property, just steps from the monitored entrance, and street parking, all within a private residential area with permanent electronic surveillance and uniformed security guards 24 hours a day.
To ensure the safety of our guests and visitors, we have an extensive network of outdoor security cameras that continuously monitor the parking areas and the surroundings of the building. In addition, security patrols are conducted regularly for added peace of mind.
