1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME:
- Check-In Time: 14:00 hours onwards
- Check-out Time: Latest by 11:00 hours
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval from the management by email.
2. SMOKING:
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the internal areas and in the swimming pool. Guests can smoke in the balcony and other outdoor areas.
- Violation of smoking rules will incur a cleaning fee of INR 10000.
3. SWIMMING POOL:
- Use of the swimming pool in the property is at the own risk of the guests. Lifeguards are not available at the property with the swimming pool. The management team, homeowners and their employees are not responsible for any accidents caused.
- Guests are not allowed to drink, smoke or eat in the swimming pool.
4. HOUSEKEEPING:
- Housekeeping includes cleaning the apartment once a day between 10:00 hours to 18:00 hours.
5. LINEN CHANGE:-
- We provide complimentary linen change once every 3 days.
- If guests need any additional linen change, we will do our best to accommodate the request but the same is subject to availability and additional charges.
6. VISITOR POLICY:
- No Visitor of the guest will be permitted to enter the property at any time.
- The Homeowner or management team may at their discretion permit any visitor at the property, however all Visitors must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to additional fees.
7. GUEST BELONGINGS:
- Guests in particular are requested to lock all doors and windows of the property when going out or when going to bed and not to leave keys in the lock. We will not under any circumstances accept responsibility for the loss of residents' goods or belongings for any reason whatsoever.
8. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the villa and its fixtures and fittings caused by them or any other person for whom they are responsible.
- In case of any damage caused to the property during the stay, it shall be the responsibility of the guest to make good the loss. The same shall be deducted from the security deposit, however if there is any cost which is above and beyond the security deposit amount, the same is to be cleared prior to check out.
9. PERSONAL INJURY TO GUEST:
- We will not be responsible for any injury or ill health resulting from the use of any of the property's facilities or for accidents occurring within the premises.
10.GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Guests are requested to observe Government Rules and Regulations in force, in respect of guest registration, Covid 19, lockdown, containment zones, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.
11.OTHERS:
- Guests should be aware that properties are close to nature and there will be regular bouts of insects, kindly keep the doors and windows shut in the evening to avoid them from coming indoors.
- Guests are requested to dispose of the waste in separate bins as provided with labels. Unseparated waste is against the local panchayat law.
- No loud noise or annoying activities, which may interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of others, shall be created or permitted within the property and/or the common areas of the property.
- Pets are not permitted in the property
- Power backup will be only for basic lights, fans and selected power outlets in case of power outage.
