Located in an upscale subdivision and less than 1 mile from many conveniences such as restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and just 5 minutes to New Albany’s new hip and up and coming Downtown with local boutiques, hot new restaurants, and pubs.
This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath beauty offers more entertainment space than you could need! 5900 square feet of fun decor, with en-suite baths for ALL beds, a custom bar – FULLY stocked with your choice of a domestic keg, a welcome bottle of champagne and some of our imported favorites! The lower level is equipped with large screened TVs, pool table, ping pong, etc! Private setting in an upscale neighborhood also featuring:
•A huge eat-in kitchen with open and spacious first-floor areas
•Five bedrooms: Master featuring a King Bed, walk-in shower with 2 showerheads and double vanities
•Four full baths and one half-bath; all Bedrooms have Queen beds (Bedroom 3 pictured with a twin bed will be replaced with a Queen bed for your stay if needed)
•Four bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, Fifth bedroom is over 400 sq ft and can accommodate air mattress, etc. for additional sleeping
•A finished walk-out basement with a pool table, ping pong, full bar
•Stocked beer refrigerator in the basement with our favorite imports
•A Kegerator with your choice of a domestic beer on tap
•An outdoor gas grill and large deck and lower patio
•A large driveway/garage that can accommodate six to eight cars
•Direct TV connected to four TVs throughout the house
•Washer and dryer in first-floor laundry, as well as an ironing board and wash sink
•All beds have full bedding, towels, and hair dryers for each bathroom; this home can sleep more than 10 with added

Terms
•$5,495 for four-day/three-night rental from Thursday to Sunday, May 5 to 8, 2016 (you can arrive early Thursday and depart by 2 p.m. on Sunday).
•Refundable damage deposit of $1,000 returned within 24 hours of departure
•$350 cleaning fee
•50% due at booking and remainder due in full 15 days prior to arrival, PayPal or express-mailed check

We are closer to Downtown Louisville and the track than most subdivisions on the east or southeast of Louisville. We are Louisville natives and would be happy to help in making reservations around town and/or give you as much information about all things Derby when you make the choice to rent our home!
