On first floor will be the huge masterbedroom and another very nice and cosy bedroom. One bathroom with shower and bathtub will be just beside.
On top floor will be the studio with one double bed, one single bed and also with bathroom and shower. Lots of place there for 3 people. All rooms will have coffee and tea for free, Snacks, beer and wine for a small charge.

Distance to Fair Dusseldorf is 19 km and to Fair Essen 19 km. You will stay in a townhouse in a very quite living area. Distance to highway approx. 5 minutes. Restaurants and grocery in walking distance. In the summer with pretty little garden to relax.
