On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living area with its sofa, armchairs, table and chairs, a television and an independent Wc.
This room overlooks the street on one side and a small private courtyard on the other.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: oven/microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (filter)…As well as a washing machine. Access to the courtyard.
Sleeping Area
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 140cm bed including a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The sleeping area also comprises a bedroom with two 90cm beds with its wardrobe and a third bedroom with a 90cm bed and its chest of drawers.
A bathroom with shower, sink unit, and Wc complete the upper floor of this holiday home.
Outside
No outdoor space.

2 minutes' walk from the town centre and the famous main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.
5 minutes' walk from Les Sables d'Olonne fishing port, its bars and restaurants.
10 minutes' walk from Les Sables d'Olonne Sncf train station.
Parking
One parking space between the accommodation and the port.
Practical Information
Stay times: arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am at the latest
Accommodation prepared for your arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included. (1 towel per person)
Check-out instructions: please wash and put away the dishes, empty the refrigerator, take out the rubbish and gather used laundry in the entrance. A supplement may be applied if these instructions are not followed or if deep cleaning is necessary (AirCover or security deposit)
Depending on the platform, a security deposit by bank imprint not debited (via Swikly) may be requested from you.
On your arrival day, you will receive the digital welcome booklet as well as your check-in instructions (self-check-in or physical).
