Chris Garden is a unique private stay located in a calm and green setting. The house is an independent house with 3 bedrooms and 3 attached bathrooms and amenities perfect for a large group. Whether you are a group of families or group of friends, the garden home is perfect for a quick weekend gateaway. We are also a pet friendly stay.

Chris Garden sits in a sprawling 5000 sq. ft. private property. The property itself is located in a secured gated community layout. It is about a 20 mins drive from the Pondicherry airport, and is uniquely located within the city limits and yet provides a calm, quiet atmosphere, away from the noisy hustle.

The house has 3 bedrooms available that can easily accomodate 4 to 12 people. Ideal for large groups, all the bedrooms are spacious, well ventilated and provide a lovely garden view. The house in itself provides a warm cottage living wholesome experience.

Harmony (Bedroom 1) - The room on the ground level has an attached kitchenette that features a tabletop, sink, cooking utensils, crockery, fridge, microwave, water kettle and electric stove that can be used for mild cooking. We also have a provision to setup an outdoor barbeque on request.

Serenity (Bedroom 2) - You can then take the stairs to the other room at the upper level. The upper level also features a balcony that overlooks the entire garden and provides a calm, peaceful experience. This room also features a 40 inch smart TV for you entertainment.

Galaxy (Bedroom 3) - is our premium penthouse styled bedroom. Located on the 2nd floor, that can be reached by stairs. It is a premium large room equipped with attached bathroom, walk in closet, balcony and also has an exclusive projector setup, perfect for a movie night. This room has a large private open terrace. Spacious and designed with large glass windows, its a living experience like none other.

Othe room features include attached private bathrooms, air conditioning, free Wifi and hot water geyser. The property's electricity and backups run on solar energy.

On the right side of the house is a small spool pool (kids pool) to hetake a quick dip, chill with your partner or for chilldren to splash around.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by our caretaker who will show you to your rooms located on the west side of the entrance.

We have a lovely sit out/ open dining area under the shades of two gorgeous cashew trees. The open area can be transformed as a perfect dance floor and can be used for small events and parties. If you looking for a quiet, calm place, it can also be used to just sit, relax, read, paint and enjoy nature. To unwind just spread out a mat / matress and lie down, listening to the birds chirp and squirrels run around.

The property has a lovely garden, open patio that can be used as a dining area or just as a sitout. The Second floor has an open terrace that provides a lovely view. There is also a spool pool available for those who want to enjoy a quick dip.

Please remember this is a farmstay in the midst of thick vegetation. Staying in this house means that at times you might find ants, flies, mosquitoes and other insects outside of the building during certain seasons. Please keep the space clean and do not leave any food left open. The property is sanitzed and cleaned regularly. We of course do our best to make your stay confortable and keep the pests away by using organic insecticides so they do not disturb you.

Chris Garden is about 30 minutes from the heart of Puducherry. The closest airport is about 8 kms away. All the beaches and key tourist attractions are easily accessible. We are located about 3 km from Ousteri Boat House (Osudu lake) that is known for its boating, where you can sight migrating birds. Pogo Land, the musement park is just 5 kms away.
