Our 3 Bedroom Luxury Sub Penthouses are located on level 11, allowing our guests to experience the coastal lifestyle at its finest with not one, but two expansive balconies that offer breathtaking views of the azure waters just metres away from the patrolled beach.

The Sub Penthouses interiors are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a media room for movie nights and a gourmet kitchen equipped with a built-in coffee machine, perfect for lazy mornings or entertaining guests.

These penthouses also features a large master bedroom with ensuite and second and third bedroom + second bathroom with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room that invites the stunning ocean views in. Guests can unwind in the indulgent in-room spa or enjoy a cold beverage on the balcony overlooking the surf.
