Bracdy Cottage
This idyllic, self-contained, annex style cottage is all on one level and looks out over the rural countryside from the modern, well equipped, if small, kitchen lounge with breakfast bar and conservatory. There is a spacious shower room and a good sized bedroom with double bed and window looking over the private patio area and towards the raised garden.
Facilities include full central heating, washing machine, microwave, TV, high speed broadband with Wi-Fi access and patio furniture for those warm evenings relaxing in the sun. Central heating, electricity and bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
Please note this is a no smoking property and there are a number of steps up to the front door. One well behaved dog is welcome to stay.
This cottage has a £100 refundable accidental damage bond. Alternatively, you can choose to pay a non-refundable £10 accidental damage waiver so you don't have to pay the bond and are protected from accidental damage claims at Bracdy up to a value of £100.
