There are walks from the door of the annexe, and a bus stop at the end of the drive taking you to Brighton or to Tunbridge Wells. Walkable is a post office and store, pub, farmshop and cafe serving local and organic produce, as well as day fishing on their lake. Uckfield is 1.5 miles away and provides a larger range of shops restaurants and services.
