Need to add another guest or change the dates of your reservation before it’s confirmed? Here are a few things to know.

When you can cancel or withdraw a request

First, check the status of your request. If the Host has already accepted it, then it’s subject to their cancellation policy. If it’s still pending, you can cancel, and you won’t be charged for the reservation or the service fees.

Zrušenie žiadosti o rezerváciu v počítači

  1. Kliknite na Cesty a vyberte rezerváciu, ktorú chcete zmeniť.
  2. Pri rezervácii s označením Čaká na spracovanie kliknite na možnosť Stiahnuť žiadosť.
  3. Kliknite na Zrušiť.
