We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Learn how to make homemade pasta and tiramisù easily and successfully. If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets. We will teach you how to create RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE of different shapes in a suggestive place. We will cook in our organic restaurant all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces and then we will taste all the pasta. We will give you organic local wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar. At the end of the experience, each participant will receive instructions in English to prepare the pasta at home, easily and successfully. Wine Tasting & Mozzarella workshop
During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. This experience also includes a pice of local cake and limoncello. Slow Food- Walk, Cook & Eat Amalfi Coast
Our journey will starts with a walking in which we will discover the village, its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients useful in our cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will prepare our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the region. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, colorful salads, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the prepared 4 courses learning how to pair it with 3 different wines and homemade liquors. Sarete i benvenuti nella mia biologica farmhouse di famiglia. Inizieremo la lezione di cucina accolti da me e mio nipote Giovanni che tramite la sua dote culinaria,tramandata da sua nonna Maria,vi delizierà preparando pasta fresca e un dolce tipico.Inizieremo il corso preparando il dolce tipico della mia cucina, "Il Tiramisù".Dopo aver fatto con amore e divertimento il dolce ci rilasseremo tra un bicchiere di vino locale e l'altro.Successivamente preparemo la pasta fresca:i ravioli e le tagliatelle. In aggiunta prepareremo anche due tipi di salse differenti (una per ogni tipo di pasta):una salsa a base di passata di pomodoro fatta in casa e vi assicuro che la semplicità è la miglior cosa,poichè è fantastica;l'altra salsa a base di verdure fresche raccolte direttamente dall'orto circostante la fattoria di famiglia.Tendo a sottolineare che le salse possono variare in base alla preferenza o necessità della clientela.Dopo aver lavorato con calma e serenità arriva il momento di mangiare, il momento più bello, dove assaporerete la cultura della cucina millenaria mediterranea e soprattutto la cucina secolare della mia amata nonna. Tendo a sottolineare che tutti gli alimenti che useremo durante il corso di cucina sono biologici, a km0 e coltivati e allevati nella nostra fattoria e nel nostro orto. Inizieremo il corso preparando il Tiramisù, il dolce tipico della mia cucina usando la ricetta secolare della mia famiglia. Dopo aver fatto il dolce inizieremo a preparare gli gnocchi. Gli gnocchi sono uno degli alimenti principali nella cucina mediterranea. Dopo aver preparato gli gnocchi faremo la mozzarella, utilizzando latte delle nostre mucche della fattoria. Dopo aver lavorato ed esserci divertiti insieme, arriva il momento più bello, ovvero il momento di mangiare. Dopo aver degustato il lavoro eseguito durante la lezione di cucina potrete fare un tour gratuito della fattoria e a soli 100 metri di cammino potremmo ammirare uno tra i paesaggi più belli della Costiera Amalfitana. Pasta, mozzarella and tiramisù with my family
You will enter my farmhouse greeted by me and my son. We will prepare fresh pasta and mozzarella and tiramisu! We will start the course by preparing the dessert, i.e. tiramisu and we will explain all the processes to make it one of the best tiramisu on the Amalfi Coast. After preparing the dessert, we will prepare the fresh pasta, i.e.: ravioli and tagliatelle, using the age-old recipe that my grandmother Maria handed down to me. After having fun and preparing the pasta, we will prepare the two types of sauces for the pasta that we have prepared. A tomato purée-based sauce for the ravioli and a vegetable sauce for the tagliatelle. After we will prepare the mozzarella and the caciotte using the milk of our farm cows. I tend to underline that according to the will or needs of the customers it is possible to vary the type of sauce or ingredients, however by notifying them before arriving at the farmhouse. In addition you can take a free tour of our farm and you can visit the panorama of Castello Lauritano, which is one of the most beautiful panoramas on the coast! All the food we will use and eat comes from my family's farmland, I assure you that I will pass on the passion for real Italian cuisine to you!

The Path of the Gods - Sunset hike and Aperitivo
We will walk the famous path of the Gods and we will dive like mermaids into the enchanting landscape. We will enjoy a aperitif break based on the shepherds typical local products and “divine” drinks. The tour is a Round trip of hte walk of the gods, it's about 7 Km long (4 Miles) and the difference is + 250 meters (0,15 MIles). We start and finish at the same point, Bomerano village. After the beautiful stop at the Shepherd's home we'll walk back to the city center, more or less, in one hour, using an headlamp if it's necessary (provided by the guide). What better way to know and experience the path of the Gods? The name of this itinerary announces wonders and the places crossed keep their promise. One of the most beautiful and famous routes in the world and its fame is absolutely deserved. A single itinerary contains historical-architectural and naturalistic values, from geology to botany and viewpoints suspended over the coast at the beat of wings.
Sunset Path of the Gods, Amalfi coast
The Sunset Path of the Gods is amazing hike cause you will see all the Amalfi Coast and Capri, with an amazing sunset view, you won't never forget. The ‘Sunset Gods' path’ is a classic walking holiday, on which the cliffside routes will take your breath away. Cut inland from the cliffs and you find vineyards and deep gorges. GODS' PATH details: Difficulty: E (Hiker), Duration: 3 hours and Distance: 7 kms ( 5 miles). So you need to be MODERATE FIT and wear trekking shoes or gym shoes with a good grip. The Path of the Gods is a typical loop trail from Bomerano (Agerola) or from Nocelle (Positano) at loop or from Nocelle (Positano) to Praiano via Convent San Domenico. Once you book check carefully the meeting point details. We can also hike from Nocelle (Positano) to Bomerano (Agerola). The start time will change according to the month of the year, so we will start 2 hours before the sunset. So don't be surprised if I adjust a bit the timing. In the farmhouse my dad Pasquale produces organic wine, cheese, vegetables and makes fresh pasta everyday. I will share with you the history of my family farmhouse, the information and little secrets behind each ingredient and dish. Discover the local traditional cousin of Agerola and the Amalfi Coast enjoying dishes made with organic ingredients produced in our farmhouse and two types of home-made organic wine: Aglianico and Catalanesco. You will also be able to visit our cellar were we keep the wine we produce and some other products produces in our farm. We do offer vegan and vegetarian alternatives. Path of the Gods hike, along the Amalfi coast with Enzo
Path of the Gods is an amazing hike from Agerola (Amalfi) to Nocelle (Positano), cause you can see all the Amalfi Coast, Salerno's gulf, Cilento and Capri. The tour ends in Nocelle (Positano), than you can decide either to get 1800 steps down to Positano, or the bus to Positano. 4 Ds of the Gods' path: Difficulty: E (Hiker-MODERATE), Duration: 3 hours , Dislivell: 250 meters and Distance: 7 kms ( 5 miles). So you need to be MODERATE FIT and wear good grip shoes. During the summer you can bring a swimming suit, cause in Positano there is a fantastic beach called Fornillo. The Gods' Path could also start from Nocelle as well, once you book you will get the exact starting point adress. But the main tour is from Agerola to Positano. High Path of the Gods with Enzo - Amalfi coast
High Path of the Gods is a typical trail from Agerola (Amalfi) to Montepertuso (Positano) by walking. The view is amazing cause you can see all the Amalfi Coast, Vesuvio, Ischia and Capri. From Montepertuso you can decide either to get 1000 stairs down to Positano or the bus to Positano. The ‘High Walk of the Gods’ descending into Positano is a classic walking holiday, on which the cliffside routes will take your breath away. Cut inland from the cliffs and you find lemon groves, vineyards and deep gorges, or follow mule tracks and old trails to picturesque hillside villages. 4 Ds of the Path of the gods: Difficulty: EE(Expert Hiker), Duration: 5 hours , Dislivell in levell: 250 meters up and 800 going down and distance: 12 kms ( 8 miles). So you need to be FIT and wear trekking shoes mandatory. In Positano we can go to Fornillo beach, where I'll reccomend you a great sea view restaurant. So in the summer you can bring a swimming suit. Let me know if you need any tips about accomodations and food, I will give you great tips. I have also a loop hike coming back to Agerola, so it will be beneficial to get the car back easily. Other things to note We can also hike a ring walk called mount 3 calli circuit. So we can come back to Agerola. The hike can starts from Nocelle or Agerola.
